What is my liability for non-payment as the signer of lease for a commercial property? - commercial property south australia
I am considering my name on a lease for 2 years with my business partner. However, the commercial success is doubtful. When things (business) south, may be prosecuted or forced to pay. I wouldnt want to risk my house.
