I am young and desperate to enter the business of real estate. My dream is to rent, buy properties and lease / or buy and sell some work. I know I need the money in savings and a dream, what to do, but I'm willing to do anything. Is it better to use a broker? In this way I can learn the ropes and earn money to save.
